At Wild Hearts Belong, I help families find balance, connection, and joy through natural health and wellness. The name holds deep meaning for my family, reflecting our values and love.
As a certified yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training, I’m also pursuing Naturopathic studies in nutrition and herbal medicine. MY work includes creating bespoke healing programmes for families, offering guided foraging adventures and teaching community yoga classes.
